Therapy isn’t a one-size-fits-all process. I work integratively and draw on different psychological approaches depending on what feels most helpful for you. This flexibility means we can shape the work together to suit your unique needs and experiences.
My approach is rooted in person-centred and psychodynamic theories. That might mean we gently explore how your past experiences could be affecting things in the present, but always at your pace, and only when it feels right for you. The person-centred part of my work means I see you as the expert on your own life. You lead the way, and I’m here to walk alongside you — with curiosity, care, and a willingness to gently explore the parts of your story that may feel complex, tender, or unclear.
I see therapy as a collaborative process, where we build trust over time to explore what feels stuck or painful, and create space for new ways of being to emerge. While therapy can sometimes feel challenging, it can also create space for greater understanding, self-compassion, and growth. I’ll be alongside you as we navigate that journey together.
If this sounds like a good fit for you, please get in touch below—I’m here to answer any questions or discuss next steps.
