There's no one-size-fits-all approach to therapy. I work integratively, which means I draw from different therapeutic approaches depending on what you actually need in the moment.
I work with people who feel deeply, think a lot, and sometimes wonder if they're just wired differently from everyone else. If you've been called "too sensitive" or feel like you don't quite fit the mold, you're in the right place. I especially welcome neurodivergent and LGBTQIA+ clients, your identity genuinely matters here.
We'll look at how you show up in your relationships, what patterns keep playing out, and what might be keeping you stuck to help you understand yourself better, and feel more at home in your own life.
Therapy can feel challenging sometimes; growth often does. But it's also a space where you can be real, ask hard questions, and not have all the answers figured out. I'll be right there with you.

Counselling
I provide in-person counselling in Cheltenham and Banbury, in a calm, welcoming space where you can feel safe to be yourself. Both locations have parking nearby and have all the practical things sorted so you can focus on what you came for.
In-person counselling
Online sessions work well if you're in a rural area, have accessibility needs, or prefer the comfort of your own space. You can join from wherever feels safe, whether that's your living room, or anywhere else that works for you. You'll still get the same support and presence, but in the comfort of your own environment.

Sessions are 50 minutes, whether we meet online or in person. This is your time to slow down, process what's going on, and explore what's really on your mind.
I occasionally offer reduced-fee spaces for people with limited income. If that's you, please reach out. Availability is limited, but I'll let you know what's possible.
