About me.
I believe we all deserve to feel heard.
Authentic connection is at the heart of my approach, and I bring an honest, engaged, and genuine presence to our therapy sessions. I aim to build a relationship where you feel seen, heard, and respected. Therapy isn’t always easy, but I believe that compassion, curiosity, and care can create a space where growth thrives.
I enjoy working with people from a variety of backgrounds, and one of the things I value most about counselling is the richness and diversity of experiences that people bring. While I have particular interests in neurodivergence and gender identity within rural communities, what draws me to this work is the opportunity to connect with individuals whose lives and perspectives are often very different from my own. As someone who is neurodivergent myself, this shapes the way I listen and connect—with sensitivity, openness, and an eye for patterns.
I believe in the power of therapy because I’ve experienced it from both sides, and continue to learn and grow through my own personal work. I’m a counsellor, a client, and, before all of that, a person.
Outside the therapy room, I spend my time in nature, with animals or immersed in something creative. That’s how I stay grounded and take care of myself.
