Counselling for neurodivergent & LGBTQIA+ folks seeking more fulfilling lives and relationships.
You might be here because something feels off…
Your relationships may feel one-sided or distant.
You might move between numbness and overwhelm.
You know you’re masking parts of yourself, but stopping feels risky.
This is space where you can show up as you are.
Hi, I’m Kitty
(she/her)Reaching out for support takes courage, and I'm glad you're here.
I work with people who may have been told they’re “too sensitive,” or “too much”. I welcome anyone who wants to feel more at home in themselves and their relationships, in Banbury, Oxfordshire and online.
My style is both gentle and compassionate, as well as candid, because authentic change happens when we can be real.
You’re not broken. You’re not too much.
And you don’t have to navigate this alone.

My Practice Values
-
I believe the best conversations start with genuine questions and a willingness to explore ideas together.
Whether we're tackling something familiar or venturing into new territory, I approach each session with openness and seek to understand where you’re coming from.
-
I believe real progress happens when we can both be genuine. I welcome you exactly as you are, and I hope you'll feel comfortable being yourself here too.
I show up as myself and value when you do the same.
-
This is a safe, open-minded space. I'm here to support you with patience and understanding, honoring your pace, your process, and your perspective.
You deserve to feel heard and valued in our time together.
-
I celebrate what makes you unique and tailor our work to fit your specific needs, goals, and style.
